Consultations typically take 90-120 minutes. I will walk you through sustainable goal setting, movement analysis and squat-bench-deadlift. Consultations are a fantastic way for you to experience 1-1 coaching and a helpful opportunity for me to gauge your ability and best plan a path towards your goals.

I am currently occupying space out of Anytime Fitness Canmore and a membership must be held to train in person.
